Daisuke Ito, the Tokyo-based mixology master famously flown in by tech tycoon Jeff Bezos to mix martinis at private events, is bringing his acclaimed bar concept to Manhattan. His hidden, nine-seater Tokyo speakeasy, Land Bar Artisan, will expand into a larger 40-seat venue called Land Bar New York, scheduled to open this fall on Greenwich Street in Tribeca above the Wagyu restaurant Nikuya Tanaka.
